Twin Cities Tundra Add Fred "KC" Rashaw as Inaugural Offensive Coordinator

Fred

The Twin Cities Tundra are proud to announce Fred “KC” Rashaw as Offensive Coordinator as the Developmental Football Association prepares for its Spring 2026 launch.

Rashaw brings a deep blend of coaching experience, player development expertise, and leadership rooted in relationships and accountability. With nearly two decades of involvement in football as a player, coach, and athletic trainer, he adds stability and proven offensive leadership to the Tundra staff.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri and current resident of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, Rashaw has dedicated much of his career to developing athletes from the youth level through professional arena football. From 2007 to 2012, he owned and operated Rashaw Athletic Training, providing football, baseball, basketball, and softball instruction to grade school and high school athletes throughout the Inver Grove and Woodbury areas.

Since 2013, Rashaw has continued coaching youth and middle school athletics while expanding his football résumé at the developmental, high school, and professional levels. He served as a running backs and linebackers coach with the St. Paul Pioneers from 2019 to 2022, followed by a running backs coaching role with the Minneapolis Warriors from 2023 to 2024.

At the high school level, Rashaw currently coaches at Cretin Derham Hall, where he serves as a running backs coach and offensive assistant. The program has captured back to back section championships over the past two seasons, reflecting his ability to develop disciplined, physical, and efficient offensive units.

In 2025, Rashaw joined the St. Paul Bears at the professional arena level as Co Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. Under his leadership, the team went undefeated and captured a league championship, further reinforcing his offensive credibility and ability to translate preparation into results.

As a player, Rashaw competed at the high school level in both Missouri and Minnesota before playing semi pro football from 2000 to 2008. His playing career included stints with the Woodbury Warriors, Metro Force, St. Paul Pioneers, and the Lafayette Lions, giving him firsthand insight into player development, locker room culture, and competitive accountability.

Rashaw’s coaching philosophy is grounded in developing men before athletes. He views football as a classroom where life lessons are taught through discipline, effort, and trust. While wins matter, he believes character and consistency are what sustain programs long after the final whistle.

As Offensive Coordinator for the Twin Cities Tundra, Rashaw will oversee offensive systems, player development, and game planning while working closely with the Head Coach to build a disciplined, physical, and efficient offense. His vision for the team is clear and uncompromising: build and dominate through preparation, relationships, and execution.

Outside of football, Rashaw values family above all else. He is a devoted father, husband, and grandfather, enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles, and is known for his passion for cooking and barbecue.

With Fred Rashaw joining the staff, the Twin Cities Tundra continue to assemble a coaching group built on experience, trust, and competitive standards.
