The Northwest Nightwolves are proud to announce Jarrett “Deuce” McAllister as General Manager

The Northwest Nightwolves are proud to announce Jarrett “Deuce” McAllister as General Manager as the Developmental Football Association prepares for its Spring 2026 launch.

McAllister brings decades of firsthand football experience, leadership, and mentorship to the Nightwolves organization. A native of Dassel, Minnesota and current resident of Hutchinson, he has been immersed in the game since the age of seven, building a lifelong relationship with football as a player, coach, and program builder.

After graduating from Dassel Cokato High School in 2003, McAllister continued his education at Ridgewater College before completing firefighting school at St Cloud Technical College. His football career spans youth football, middle school, four years of high school, two years of college football at Ridgewater, and more than a decade of semi pro competition.

As a semi pro athlete, McAllister played with the Willmar Mustangs, Duluth Superior Shoremen, West Central Broncos, and Minnesota Dawgs. Over that span, he earned seven all star selections across three positions fullback linebacker and tight end, won a championship with the Shoremen, and competed in multiple championship runs with the Broncos. His accolades include all conference honors as a high school running back and holding the longest reception record at Ridgewater College.

McAllister transitioned into coaching in 2015, serving simultaneously at the semi pro level and at Ridgewater College, where he coached for five seasons. He later began coaching at Litchfield High School, where he continues to mentor athletes today. In 2017, he founded the Minnesota Dawgs with a clear purpose: to give back to the game that gave him so much and to help guide young men toward discipline, accountability, and structure.

His football philosophy is rooted in old school principles. Discipline and teamwork are non negotiable. Trust in the man next to you matters. Control the clock. Protect the football. Play sound defense. Value effort over raw talent. McAllister believes technique can be taught but work ethic and accountability must be chosen. He places responsibility on leadership and believes wins and losses ultimately reflect preparation, alignment, and culture.

As General Manager, McAllister will lead business operations and game day execution for the Northwest Nightwolves while working closely with the Head Coach to support roster management. His focus will be on building a strong organizational culture that prioritizes relationships, trust, honesty, and long term development. Team bonding, communication, and shared accountability are central to how he believes successful programs are built.

McAllister sees the DFA as a league with real potential to impact the next generation of players both on and off the field. His vision for the Nightwolves is to compete immediately while building something sustainable that players want to be part of year after year. The goal is not just advancement, but sending players forward proud of where they came from and confident in what they accomplished together.

A lifelong football fan, McAllister draws inspiration from the Minnesota Gophers, the Washington Redskins era teams, and legendary figures like Joe Gibbs and John Riggins. He has been married to his wife Stacey since their teenage years and together they are raising five children. Outside of football, his life revolves around family, youth schedules, and spending time camping whenever possible. A lesser known fact is that he speaks three different languages.

With Jarrett McAllister serving as General Manager, the Northwest Nightwolves continue to build a foundation centered on discipline, relationships, and authentic football culture.
