Head Coach Spotlight: Meet Alan Clark, General Manager for the East Side Engine

The East Side Engine are proud to announce Alan Clark as General Manager of the franchise as the Developmental Football Association prepares for its Spring 2026 launch.

Clark brings a lifelong connection to football, leadership, and mentorship into the General Manager role. His experience includes coaching athletes from fifth grade through high school, along with involvement in rugby and competitive football environments. His background reflects a commitment to discipline, accountability, and preparation both on and off the field.

A Wisconsin native with strong ties to the region, Clark has worked closely with players, families, and coaches across multiple levels of football. His leadership philosophy centers on building disciplined men, strong culture, and organizational consistency.

As General Manager, Clark will lead business operations and game day execution for the East Side Engine. He will be responsible for operational coordination, logistics, communication, and ensuring the team operates in alignment with league systems and standards. He will assist the Head Coach with roster construction and player management while maintaining clear separation between football operations and business execution.

Clark brings a clear vision for the organization focused on professionalism, preparation, and long term sustainability. His expectation is that the East Side Engine represent excellence in conduct, structure, and accountability while competing at a high level.
